Product Benefits

The antioxidant properties in our Anti-Inflammatory Support Powder Blend aid the recovery of exercise-related soreness and fatigue.

The six different herb and fruit seed powders mixed in our Anti-Inflammatory Support Powder Blend include antioxidants that support against free radical activity and provide increased energy.

Exercise requires rapid energy production; this energy production creates potentially destructive free radicals within the body. The consumption of antioxidants post-exercise may help mitigate some of the risk of free radical-induced oxidative damage. Our Anti-Inflammatory Support Powder Blend is high in catechins. Catechins and their metabolites are potent antioxidants. High consumption of catechins has been associated with increases in strength and muscle mass in response to exercise.1 Exercise requires rapid energy production, and this energy production produces free radicals within the body. The consumption of antioxidants post-exercise may help mitigate some of the risk of free radical-induced oxidative damage.2

Our Anti-Inflammatory Support Powder Blend was specifically developed to be high in proanthocyanidins. Studies have shown that proanthocyanidins help to improve flexibility in joints, arteries, and body tissues such as the heart, and to improve blood circulation by strengthening capillaries, arteries, and veins.3

Proanthocyanidins are potent antioxidants, which may help mitigate post-exercise oxidative damage due to the high amount of free radicals produced during exercise.4

Consumption of proanthocyanidins improve the function of mitochondria, the part of the cell that is responsible for the actual production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the molecule that supplies the body with energy, as well as the molecule that needs to be replenished post-exercise after being depleted during exercise.5

Proanthocyanidins play a role in supporting vasodilation, or the opening of blood vessels. This process increases blood flow and nutrient delivery to body organs and tissues, including muscles.6

Our Anti-Inflammatory Support Powder Blend is created using a mixture of de-fatted seed powders from the NatureFRESH™ cold-press process and blended to leverage diverse and dense nutrients.
